TERMS & CONDITIONS
- You can estimate the bill amount at the time of handing over your garments. We accept payment in Cash upon Delivery of garments back to the Customer.
- Before giving the garments please check if any personal belongings in the pockets left, we are not responsible and no claims will be entertained.
- The Camlet Cleaners cannot be held responsible for any shrinkage or color change.
- In case of any laundry service complain, Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to the customer.
- Camlet Cleaners reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
- Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer’s risk.
- Customer gives a warranty of maximum up to 3 Hours from the pickup of articles for any quality related issues with washing or dry-cleaning of articles (only if the article has not been used by the customer after service). Any claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
- Camlet Cleaners shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewelry fittings on the garment.
- Any loss/damage/delay due to Force Majeure conditions, Camlet Cleaners is not liable for any compensation or reduction in charges.
- Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of garment, the same shall be communicated to the customer after it is examined by the expert.
